Always very caring and gentle with our kitties and us. We have never had to wait very long at all. They have great hours for working pet parents. They always provides the costs before doing any work and will do the cheaper tests first before going straight to the expensive ones when not sure what is going on with your fur baby. They follow up after appointment to check how the kitties are doing. Never try to push products they carry there. You will not go wrong with them. (Don't mind Socks, the tuxedo cat, she always goes to that corner when we are there.)
I can’t say enough good things about this practice and especially Dr. Olson. Her & the rest of the staff have been consistently taking amazing care of our sweet pup after a really traumatic experience. We are beyond thankful we found this place, we always know our girl is in good hands here. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I've been taking my kitties here for over ten years! My brother brings his dog and cat. My mom brings her animals too. I've recommended them to everyone. We love all the staff and doctors. My animals mostly see Dr. B and Dr. Woodley but we have had great experiences with everyone. They always get us a timely appt, are professional and treat my animals kindly. They are very good with my sphynx and have knowledge of the breed. They are also receptive to my input about the breed as well when discussing their care. I don't recommend any other place!
We have taken our animals to Dunedin animal hospital for the past 15 years and have always received excellent care. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and patient. A big shout out to Dr. Woodley. Our dog is not the easiest to work with (bless her heart), but the staff is always so gentle and caring with her. We will continue to highly recommend them to her friends and family. There are less expensive places to go, but you can’t put a price on the care our animals receive.
Couldn't get in contact with my vet and needed to have my cat checked. I called the animal hospital and was able to get an appointment, the staff was very friendly, they had coloring books to keep the kids occupied, and they took great care of my pet! Even got a friendly call the next morning checking up on how my pet was doing today which I've never gotten from any other vet before. Would definitely come here again.
The staff is exceptionally kind, understanding, and they are up front with offering discounts, different options, and letting you know prices. The office is quite kid friendly. Pennie also gives 5 stars!
The Animal Hospital of Dunedin is one of the best veterinary clinics we've ever gone to. Their staff is extremely pleasant to work with and they go out of their way to be compassionate for you and your animal. We love them!
They take care of my dogs with such kindness. The facility is always clean & everyone is friendly. Trust them completely with my dogs. Sadly, I had to put my dog down last year. They made him very comfortable & took care of everything gracefully.
